Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Mujibak. By creating an account you agree to them — please read carefully.
1. Who we are
Mujibak is operated by Mujibak, a Saudi Arabia–registered service that provides AI-assisted WhatsApp replies for businesses. "We", "us", and "Mujibak" refer to this operator; "you" refers to the account holder (the business) and any teammates they invite.
2. Your account
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your credentials secret. You are responsible for anything done under your account, including actions by teammates you invite.
Accounts are for businesses, not for individuals sending personal messages. You must be authorized to manage the WhatsApp number you connect.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't use Mujibak to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or content that violates WhatsApp's own Business Messaging Policy.
- Don't attempt to bypass rate limits, reverse-engineer the service, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible-disclosure context.
- Don't process payment card data, health records, or other regulated data categories through the bot unless you have independently confirmed the legal basis to do so.
- Don't impersonate Mujibak or another business, or present bot replies as coming from a human without appropriate disclosure.
4. Plans, trial, and billing
New accounts get a 7-day free trial with all features unlocked; no card is required. After the trial, paid plans bill monthly in Saudi riyals through our payment provider (Moyasar). Unused credits never expire while your subscription is active. You can cancel anytime from the Billing page — your plan runs until the end of the period you've paid for.
5. Data and content
You retain all rights to the content you and your customers exchange through Mujibak. We process that content only to operate the service (reply generation, analytics, support). See the Privacy Policy for specifics on storage, retention, and sharing.
6. Service availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (WhatsApp, LLM providers, payment processors), and force majeure may cause downtime. We will not be liable for indirect damages resulting from unavailability.
7. Termination
You can close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent billing, or endanger the platform (including WhatsApp number-quality ratings that threaten the shared infrastructure). On termination, we delete your data within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
